I am a mom of three amazing kids who are getting to the age of independence and want to share my interests that are currently in health as I have recently begun a journey of weightless that includes the ketogenic diet. Although it is less than a year on my journey and I would like to lose more weight, I am content with my new eating habits and realize that my health is improving even if the scale might not move the way I want.
Since my kids are becoming more independent, I need to do something to keep myself busy. This blog is a great start. I am an educator at heart, so this blog for me is a way to share my love for teaching.
I’ve enjoyed reading all this information,and think I’ll have to try a float. I’ve been soaking my feet (lately)every night. One night last week I didn’t have quit enough Epsom salts(I use the lavender scented),but figured “what the heck, it’ll be nice anyway). Well, to make this long story a bit shorter. It wasn’t ok. I didn’t sleep well, awoke every hour with cramping feet, and once couldn’t even walk to the bathroom. My lesson is “NEVER go to bed without soaking feet, and ALWAYS have enough Lavender Epsom salts)
